1. Departure from Islands, Channels ENE winds 20-25 kts, 6-7 ft wind waves at 8 sec, 2 ft swell at 12 sec. 
Lee conditions light and variable, sloppy waves. 
2. Trade winds south of Big Island Eerly about 20 kts, significant waves 6-8 ft, 2.5 meters 
3. Tropical Waves: Could interact with tropical wave(s), enhanced trade winds, backing winds NE at first, then veering ESE, squally with heavy rain 
4. Tropical Cyclones: None expected, but monitor continuously 
5. ITCZ axis: Wavy between 6-8 deg N, deep convection, thunderstorms, lighter winds 
6. South of ITCZ: SE to ESE winds 15-20 kts, waves 6-8 ft 2.0 to 2.5 meters 
7. Migratory, dynamic highs and lows with cold fronts in South Pacific 
8. Cold front might pass over route before arrival Papeete
